We can all benefit from less multi tasking. In an age of attention deficit, focusing on 1 task is a challenge for many. Focus on 1 task at a time, and reap the benefits of single tasking. That goes for decluttering, organizing and many other activities in your life.

Interesting article … particularly as it raises a point about life and work skills over time. If there are significant differences in the way we process short-term memories throughout our various life stages, shouldn’t we modify the way we do work accordingly?

Theoretically, we should adjust the way we work as we age (and our lives change), but that’s easier said than done. Old habits die hard, yes? Sustainable change requires acknowledgement that change is needed and a consistent effort on our part. Thanks for leaving a comment, Annie.
