Today’s tip will help you get rid of a few pounds and you can do it at home or at the office.  Here’s what you need:

• Trash bags

• 15-20 minutes (1-2x/week)

To lose a few pounds of unused stuff and clutter, grab your trash bag and tango, shimmy, and shake your way through your home or office. Pick up anything that is broken or no longer useful and dance them right out of your space. Do this a once or twice a week, and you’ll keep your spot looking hot…well, neat and orderly. =)
