What a great idea!! I too have a shelf of vases collecting dust, not being used. this would be a terrific alternative. Thanks for the share.

I almost bought one of these around the holidays, from Lee Valley. http://www.leevalley.com/gifts/page.aspx?c=2&cat=4,53213&p=50390 They were out of stock at the time, and I forgot to go back later to check it out. I was very intrigued, especially with the storage advantage (I currently have an entire cabinet filled with glass vases I rarely use). Looks like I will have to buy one, as recommended by Deb Lee, and hint to my husband to buy me flowers to “test it out!” ;)
