		<description>I am using Phrase Express. It is similar to Active Words but can do a lot more and best of all: It is FREE for personal use.

It expands abbreviations and can launch programs by text shortcuts. It also remembers overwritten clipboard contents.

I fully agree. Once you get used to such utility you can&#039;t live without it.
