Deb Lee Featured on WUSA9!
With a great weekend behind me, what better way to start my week than by being interviewed by my Twitter friend and WUSA9 journalist, Lindsey Mastis! Today, Lindsey featured me in a story about women who love to clean. Now, cleaning is not organizing but they do go hand in hand…and guess who likes to clean? Yep, that would be me! Remember my post on a few months back about my cleaning frenzy? So, what about you?

How would you like to come visit and clean my home. I enjoy the satisfaction of cleaning but I don’t enjoy the actual cleaning. Aside from dishes. I don’t really mind doing dishes by hand.
I can tell you that I hate to scrub and clean, but I love to organize everything else. That is why I created Chore Charts for my kids;)
Jim: Thanks for the offer to help clean your house! I like washing dishes, too…especially when my hands are cold. It’s the quickest way to warm them up. =)
Madeline: We’re in the same boat – I think cleaning is cathartic, too. Most of my friends disagree with me, though. Thanks for leaving a comment! =)
I don’t ‘like’ to clean, but I think it does give me time to think and a happy place when I am done. The rewards far outweigh the tedious act and the alternative.
Very cool Deb, congrats!! I’m afraid I fall in that 7% who HATES to clean! I do like it when it’s done, however getting started is a big problem! There’s so much else to do.
Deb, I wish I could say I really liked to clean.I love a clean house but really hate cleaning. My focus is really on using non-toxic products to keep my family safe and trying to get my husband who is a clean freak like you to do it!

Great video clip! Way to represent PO’s! Being organized is great but without cleanliness, it’s like peanut butter w/o jelly!
