Did you you know that November is National Blog Posting Month (NaBloPoMo)? This means that many bloggers across the world have committed to writing a blog post every day during the month of November. Do you think I have it in me to do this? Every day? Would you vote for me as most likely to succeed? Well, I’ve taken on this challenge and I’m counting on you for a little help!

Do you have a burning organization question? Do you need ideas for keeping your home, office, or car in top order? Tell me what you want to know and I’ll blog about it!

I’ll also be getting some help from a Zemanta. My blogging friends and anyone participating in NaBloPoMo will appreciate this application. It helps you to organize photos, smart links, and tags that match your topic. See that picture at the top of this post? Zemanta found it for me. I didn’t have to go searching the internet. It just appeared on my Zemanta side bar. Take a look at the suggested articles below. Yep, provided by Zemanta. It helps me to be more efficient and spend more time on the content of the blog instead of searching through sites for “accessories” to dress it up.

So, do I have your support? Will you help me reach my goal of one post a day by commenting about topics that you’d like to hear more about? Undecided? Let me tell you what you will get in return: answers to your organizing questions, innovative tips that are easy to follow, and one very motivated organizer! I’ll help you bring about the change you’re seeking.

I’m Deb Lee and I approve this message.

Mikhail – Thanks for the vote of confidence! Is there anything in particular you want to hear about this month? Remember, I have 29 more days in November to blog about an organizing topic that’s close to your heart! =)

I know you will do whatever you set out to do. You are the most energetic person I know. I don’t have a topic for you, but I want you to know what happened to me on Monday night. I planned to take leave from work on Tuesday, Election day, so that I could vote unstressed and volunteer for the campaign if I wanted to. As you know because I am your client, I have been using the shower rod in the second bathroom as an overflow closet. However, it was not designed to hold clothes, certainly not the volume of clothes I had on it. I tried to hang up my suit and the whole thing came crashing down. The clothes fell into the bathtub. I had gotten home after 9 and didn’t have the energy to start a closet reorganization project, so I transferred them to the bed in the guest room. I got to vote unstressed as I had planned, but I spent most of the rest of the day making ruthless choices about my “wardrobe” — many things were tossed and donated. Fortunately, my candidate didn’t suffer from my absence from his campaign. And the next time you see me, there won’t be clothing hanging from the shower rod because there is no shower rod! (Next project: drywall repair.)

Tea Lady: Thanks for leaving a comment and sharing your story! I’m sorry that you had that mishap but am glad that you used it as an opportunity to donate clothing that you no longer need. Kudos for making lemonade out of lemons! =)
